Job Requirement (Dev):
Be familiar with different OS and DBMS platforms, and be able to troubleshoot and configure these platforms for setting up development environment.
Be able to program in C/C++ and SQL languages, JAVA skills would be a plus.
Communicate with QA engineers to solve issues found in each testing cycle in time.
Validate and analyze all new functionality requirements for product new features and establish designs/architectures as needed.  

Job Requirement (QA):
Be familiar with different OS and DBMS platforms, and be able to troubleshoot and configure these platforms for setting up testing environment.
Communicate to Dev engineers findings of quality issues in time.
Design and write test cases against product new features developed by Dev engineers.
Possess good communication skills both verbal and written, be able to illustrate testing findings in sufficient details.

Technical Skills:
C, C++ or Java
Familiarity with one fo the following relational database systems: Sybase, Oracle, Informix, or other RDBMS.
Proficient in SQL
Experience of developing Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, OS/2 PM, or Unix based applications
Programming skills in script languages would definitely be desired

Language Requirment:
Must be able to communicate fluently in English, esp. reading and writing

Internship Duration:
One year
