一、培养目标
I. Teaching objectives
培养适应社会主义现代化建设的，德、智、体全面发展的厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质的创新拔尖人才。
Undergraduate Curriculum of this school aims at training creative elite personnel who are well developed morally, intellectually, and physically, possessing solid academic foundation with high quality and flexible adaptation to new changes and profound potential capacity.

二、培养要求
II. Requirements
1．热爱社会主义祖国，有较高的思想道德素质等；
2．具有坚实的数理基础，宽广的工程技术基础知识；
3．具有较高的英语能力，能顺利阅读有关专业英文资料，较强的听、说、读写能力。达到国家英语四、六级水平。
4．具有较强的计算机应用能力。
5．具有较强的工程实践与创新能力。
6．每学期考试成绩平均学分积达80分以上。
We require that our students, after four year training, will:
1.love socialist motherland and possess comparatively higher ideological quality;
2.possess a solid foundation in mathematics and science and a broad range of basic knowledge in engineering technology;
3.have good command of English competence in listening, speaking, writing and reading in English books and periodicals related to their specific academic fields, and successfully pass CET4 andCET6;
4.have better ability of computer application and programming.;
5.have comparatively strong ability and creativity in engineering practice;
6.have accumulated GPA (Grade-points Average) of more than 80 points per semester.

三、学制与学位
III、Length of Schooling and Degrees
学制：四年。前三年在本学院学习，成绩合格者第四年初转入相关专业学院学习，并取得免试研究生资格。
Length of schooling: four years
Students enrolled in this program will study for 3 years in this school and when their scores come up to our standard they will be transferred to other departments in their related majors. Simultaneously, they obtained the qualification of entering the postgraduate program free from the entrance tests.   
授予学位：理学学士/工学学士。
Degrees conferred: Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor of Engineer
第四年毕业后根据本院系专业情况授予理或工学位。
Students are to be conferred to the above academic degree after 4 years training when they pass all the exams.
