Xi’an, as an ancient capital, attracts millions of tourists during autumn (from Sept. to Oct.) and it is important to book the hotel early for all the UIC/ATC conference and workshop participants.

The UIC/ATC 2010 has made a special agreement with Greenbelt Holiday Inn (conference venue) and Crystal Island Hotel. Rooms with a discounted price are offered to the all the participants before the booking deadline. Please note that a free shuttle bus will be provided between the two hotels and the distance between them is about 3.6 kilometers.

To make hotel reservation with discount price, you should fill in the booking order and send it to the accommodation chair Ms. Yang yue (nwpu.yangyue@gmail.com). We will confirm your reservation by sending a reply in email. Both hotels don’t provide discount price to guests directly. Both hotels require that you make a one night deposit with your credit card. 1.The deadline of room reservation is Sept. 15, 2010 .

2.The room rate of the Greenbelt Holiday Inn includes breakfasts and the 15% service fee.

How to get to the Greenbelt Holiday Inn

Xi'an Xianyang International Airport (XIY)

As you arrive in Xi'an xianyang international airport(XIY), you can take airport bus (choose the one "from Airport to Xi'an High Tech Zone (Ziction Liberal Hotel)"). I also suggest you take the airport bus instead of taxi, and the fee of airport bus is 25 rmb.
As you arrive in the High Tech Zone (Ziction Liberal Hotel, the final station), you can take a taxi to the Greenbelt Holiday Inn or the Crystal Island Hotel (about 20-30 rmb). You can download one of the following documents with Chinese translation and print it. When you take a taxi, you can show it to the taxi driver.

Train

As you arrive in the Xi’an railway station, you can take a taxi to the Greenbelt Holiday Inn or the Crystal Island Hotel directly (about 30-40 rmb).You can download one of the following documents with Chinese translation and print it. When you take a taxi, you can show it to the taxi driver.
